Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation for all packages and services. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your rental package and service. Full payment for the selected package or service is due at the time of rental pickup. All rentals are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred dates. J&J OutdoorZ LLC reserves the right to refuse or limit bookings at our discretion. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled rental date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional feeds depending on the nature of the request. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled rental start date to be eligible for a refund of any payments made, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of the full payment, including the $500 deposit. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. J&J OutdoorZ LLC reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, equipment issues, or the operational constraints. In the event of a cancellation by J&J OutdoorZ LLC customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking for an alternative date or receive a full refund, including the $500 deposit. J&J OutdoorZ LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to a cancellation. Failure to arrive for your scheduled rental without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the full payment, including the $500 deposit, will be forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
